He leads the orchestra is very good. I felt he is very lively when I watched his video. his action is energy, every action is very clean. As the youth man, I can feel he has many ideas. He has much music in his heart. He still sings when he conducts, so whole orchestra also follows to sing in own heart. Though some people think he is an inexperienced young conductor , but I think he has ability, because, he can let whole orchestra also become more lively. He has enough times to study if he is devoid of experience.
So , I think he will become a successful conductor.
I totally agree with you when you say that its as if the whole orchestra is infused with his energy, and that the players are singing along with him inside. I found the performance energetic and passionate. And yes, you're right, it's precisely becuase he is young that he still has many years to continue to learn and improve!
